Terms of Service for AI Shift Workers

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before utilizing the website aishiftworkers.com ("Website") or any services provided by AI Shift Workers. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AI Shift Workers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

5.4. THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF AI SHIFT WORKERS FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AI SHIFT WORKERS FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

6. Termination

6.1. AI Shift Workers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and its services, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion, including for any breach of these Terms.

6.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, intellectual property ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall remain in full force and effect.
